Written and photographed by our volunteers and launched in 2019, this 66-page professionally bound paperback (with a sensible wipe-clean cover, this being a book for muddy pockets) records the plants of Tottington Wood, from its forty-odd trees and shrubs to the ferns, grasses, sedges and rushes of the woodland floor.
Each entry covers habitat, height and flowering season, with special attention to the Ancient Woodland Indicator species that prove this has been woodland for centuries. It makes a lovely present for anyone who walks the wood.
